Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery
If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.
Delayed Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll investigate.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
