6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 28 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

- Items must be returned with proof of purchase
- Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Gift sets must be returned complete with all items
